Central Feeding System

The Centralized Feeding System is an overall solution for customer’s whole plant, realizing central conveying and central controlling, and continuous unmanned forming production. It is designed according to machine locale conditions in customer’s plant with consumption of raw materials, and the special requirement for auxiliary equipment. 

The centralized Feeding System is designed for plastic production in Injection Moulding and Extrusion industries, adopted with PLC or modular central automatic control methods to realize 24 hours continuous feeding and productions in each consumption unit. With particular functions of each device in the system, it can perfectly meet the specific requirement for raw materials like dehumidifying, drying, conveying, dosing, mixing, etc. Equipped with multiple monitoring and protection functions, the centralized feeding system is also safe and reliable, making it the core precondition to realize unmanned factory for a modern enterprise.
