PET Crystallizer
PET crystallizer is suitable for crystallizing crystalline plastics, such as PET, PLA and other crushed and recycled flake materials. It is dried at high temperature to obtain low-moisture raw materials without worrying about agglomeration. After crystallization, the drying temperature and drying efficiency of plastic materials can be improved. It can be used with a dehumidification dryer to form a crystallization dehumidification and drying system to directly carry out crystallization, dehumidification and drying operations.

Feature:
1. Constant-speed mixing design prevents uncrystallized plastic from sticking into blocks during the crystallization process temperature.
2. Crystallization time is 30-40 minutes, high efficiency and energy saving.
3. Equipped with cyclone dust collector to effectively collect dust and reduce pollution.
4. With over-temperature, overload and other protection devices.
5. The raw material contact surfaces are all made of stainless steel to prevent raw material contamination, and the barrel body is insulated to save energy.
6. Can be equipped with automatic suction machine for continuous operation.
7. Can be used with a dehumidifier to directly perform dehumidification and drying operations simultaneously.
